The Role We are seeking a highly energetic, enthusiastic, and organised Birthday Party Host to create a memorable experience for our customers and their guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a flair for entertaining, and excellent communication skills. As a Birthday Party Host, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the event on the day, ensuring a fun and smooth party atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination - Greet guests and provide a warm welcome. Setting up the venue for the party, ensuring all supplies and equipment are in place. Processing bookings and taking extra payment where necessary. Entertainment - Lead and supervise each party, maintaining an energetic and positive attitude throughout the event. Guest Interaction - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and guests to ensure everyone is having a great time. Be attentive to guests' needs, answering questions and resolving any issues that arise. Time Management - Ensure the party runs on schedule, including managing time for exploration, Planetarium, food, and other activities. Safety and Cleanliness - Maintain a safe environment for children and guests, adhering to all safety guidelines. Help with cleanup at the end of the event. Customer Service - Provide exceptional service to party guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. Requirements Previous experience working with children, event planning, or customer service is preferred. Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
