We’re seeking a Senior Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our Wakefield mental health service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You’ll help establish and manage integrated administrative systems, ensuring that information is collected, stored, and used effectively to meet local needs. With your experience in running reports, collating and analysing data, and managing performance dashboards, you’ll provide key insights that drive service improvements. Your expertise in data management, reporting, and service planning will contribute to the ongoing development of the work carried out by our amazing team. You’ll also lead on implementing digital services, updating our website, and supporting the marketing and promotion of our service. With experience in environments supporting children, young people, and families, you’ll understand the importance of person-focused support and the need for discretion and confidentiality. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, maintaining high-quality administrative processes, and supporting relationships across partner agencies. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail, and are passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you About You We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator with the skills and experience to support a busy and dynamic service. To be successful in this role, you will have: NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification. Level 2 IT skills (RSA or equivalent experience), with confidence in using a range of systems. Experience of working in a busy office and customer service environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in using management information systems, including extracting and collating data. Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. A positive, solution-focused attitude, with the flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs. A full UK driving licence and access to a car, with the ability to work all year round and flexibly as part of a team. While not essential, it would be great if you have experience in using digital technology and social media to support service delivery would be valuable.
