What you'll be doing:
* Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal services
* Handle internal and external customer queries while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
* Provide accurate quotations and information to customers in a timely manner
* Complete work within agreed team targets, from initial query to collection scheduling
* Process legislative paperwork and ensure compliance with waste management regulations
* Book transport, input waste details, and order labels while liaising with external sales team
* Enter and maintain accurate data in the Salesforce system
* Ensure service delivery is cost-effective while adhering to all Veolia policies and procedures
What we're looking for:
* Previous customer service experience
* Computer literate
* Exceptional communication and organisation skills
* Previous waste industry experience
* Knowledge of Salesforce systems
