G4S Fire & Security Systems (UK) is part of G4S Secure Solutions (UK), the UK’s largest private provider of security solutions. We now have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Belfast site.
The Business Support Administrator is responsible for the timely administration of all documentation associated with the contracts. This will include both paper and electronic administration systems.
What you will be doing in the role:
General administration duties as necessary.
Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers.
Setting up of new installation projects.
Processing and and setting up of small works projects
Raising and Approval of Invoices
Liaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.
Maintenance of Docuware storage system
Provide support and assistance where required to Head of Business Support
Booking Travel and Hotels
What we are looking for:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Understanding of commonly used office packages
A high standard of computer literacy
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative with an eye for detail
Self-motivated & confident with Logical & numerical aptitude
