Starting salary is from £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience with a Company Pension. They believe in hiring passionate, outgoing individuals who align with their values. The role will involve working alongside their Events Coordinator to:
* Build relationships with customers and vendors.
* Assist in the planning and preparation of all aspects of events.
* Assist in the booking of flights and venues.
* Travel worldwide to events, sometimes to diverse locations, including evenings, overnight, and weekends.
* Update clients with information or changes.
* Be present on the day of an event to ensure that things run smoothly.
* Collaborate effectively within a team.
* Exhibit strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
* Able to prioritize workload.
* Have the ability to problem-solve.
To excel in this role you must:
* Be enthusiastic and professional.
* Have a bubbly and happy personality.
* Have exceptional communication and organizational skills.
* Be able to remain calm under pressure.
* Hold a full driving license.
* Be willing to travel and be flexible in working hours.
* Have a valid UK Passport for travel.
