Sunspeed is a market leader in physical IT services, specialising in IT engineering, IT relocation, asset disposal and technical logistics.
Headquartered in the UK, we are poised for significant expansion due to recently being acquired by a group of US-based investors. We have plans to establish a presence in key markets across Europe and the US within the next phase of our growth.
We have a sales team made up of 10 people and we’re looking for someone who has the right mindset to help us achieve our goals. It’s an exciting time to be at Sunspeed and there is a real sense that we are building something great with a brilliant group of people!
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our ambitious sales team. Year 1 is all about learning and gaining momentum. In year 1 you will benefit from inbound leads generated by our marketing and telesales teams. You’ll also engage our existing database of prospects and less-frequent spending customers with the goal of developing a set of accounts. As you develop, you’ll also take ownership of customers with an established spend supporting your ramp-up.
This role is perfect for a Business-to-Business telesales executive or an exceptional business to consumer sales rep ready to take the next step in their career into account management.
What we’re looking for…
Experience:
* One to two years in a telesales role (alternatively, an outstanding B2C sales background e.g., estate agency, recruitment, car sales, or similar roles).
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* Competent with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
Skills & Attributes:
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
* Strong ability to communicate and sell the company’s value proposition.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
* Eager to learn about ‘Sales’ and the ‘IT Channel’ & ‘Data Centre’ industries.
What We Offer:
* Base salary of £25,000 - £35,000 plus commission with a £40,000 yr 1 OTE and £60,000 yr 2 OTE.
* 25 days of annual leave, increasing by one day per year of service (up to 30 days).
