The opportunity We’re looking for a vibrant, experienced go-getter with knowledge of the retail sales channels for high street brands and on line vendors. To create a sales plan, manage the introduction the product, the sale forecasting and to support the logistics and delivery of the product. Key responsibilities: Establish retail sales partnerships in retail chains in both instore and online sales channels for Hytera commercial products. Create and review business cases for new sales channels including go-to-market planning. Deliver significant growth from both existing and new clients. Identifying valuable emerging markets in the UK for Hytera commercial products. Formulate sales plans and an accurate forecasting pipeline to support manufacturing lead times. Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, tradeshows and expositions. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory. Align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets. Traveling to meet clients, strengthening business relationships. Person Specification: Proven track record in delivering a successful new retail channel sales role. Experience in UK retail market both instore and online sales channels. Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyse market data and to translate it into actionable insights. Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English language essential. Requirement to travel frequently. Commercial awareness. Strong decision-making ability. A sales-focused individual with a strong track record in successful lead generation.
