About the Job:
As a Service Account Co-Ordinator, you will provide an end-to-end service from taking service requests from customers to coordinating the activities of the engineers, contractors, and other personnel. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, organised, calm, and a confident and clear communicator. As part of the role, you will need to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To write and respond to routine correspondence and answer ad hoc queries from Service customers in a timely manner, providing clear and concise solutions for the client.
2. To act with autonomy - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.
3. Manage the company’s liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless contract delivery process to ensure a positive client experience.
4. Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
5. Ensure invoices are raised correctly and invoice values are maximised.
6. Data inputting, verifying and correcting data where necessary; obtaining further information for incomplete records.
7. Assisting the other members of the Service team when needed.
8. Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the service office.
9. To assist the line manager with departmental responsibilities.
10. To assist with the management of customer portal accounts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential
1. Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience.
2. Enthusiastic and a good team player.
3. Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
4. Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
5. Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.
6. Good customer service skills.
7. Office Based.
