Supporting the Manufacturing Manager in providing Production Engineering skills and guidance to a range of manufacturing focused projects. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Support the development of manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment and liaising with equipment suppliers. - Identify and purchase equipment, materials, or parts and provide feedback into Capex submissions. - Supports time analysis of routings. - Supports improvements on manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout. - Assist with the Manufacturing Engineer and facilities with the upkeep of maintenance and repairs. - Identify faults, investigate production problems and repair equipment quickly and efficiently. - Produce manufacturing documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and Risk assessments to aid the safe, consistent and compliant processes. - Provide technical expertise, support or training relating to manufacturing. - Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and business improvements in business area as well as taking an active role in Perfect Execution activities as required - Whilst undertaking duties, ensure that all Company policy and procedures are adhered to (including HSE and Quality). Who You Are: You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times. You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance.
