HR Manager (Dungannon) Manufacturing
VANRATH HR is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturer, wishing to appoint a HR Manager to their site based in Dungannon, County Tyrone.
The Role:
1. Deliver a professional and efficient HR Function for the site, managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Site HR Function.
2. Establish, maintain, and improve people management practices and skills.
3. Contribute to the formulation and implementation of a Site HR Strategy.
4. Work with senior Site management team to ensure effective use and development of the Site workforce.
5. Design and implement Site interventions based on staff feedback to improve internal communications and staff experience.
6. Develop an action plan with senior Site managers to improve staff engagement across the Site.
7. Provide expert change management advice, ensuring effective consultation processes are followed in line with policy, employment law, and best practice.
The Successful Person:
1. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent.
3. Extensive experience in HR within a similar environment, with significant experience in a managerial role.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
5. Experience with strategic planning and policy development.
