Job Description
* Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department
* Assisting with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence with candidates
* Maintaining HR records and databases
* Coordinating employee training and development activities
* Assisting with payroll administration
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Supporting employee engagement initiatives
* Assisting with the handling of employee relations issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
