Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small group support to Year 6 students, focusing on both academic and social development. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Help create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. Support students with diverse needs, fostering confidence and a love of learning. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the success and well-being of all students. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with upper primary students. A patient, proactive, and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. An understanding of the challenges Year 6 students face as they prepare for secondary school. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Desirable Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate.
