Contract Type: Permanent ⌚ Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £37,522.87 - £42,213.23 (depending on experience and skills) Lead with purpose, ensuring our Treatment Centre thrives – safe, seamless, and always client-focused As the Operations Service Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Treatment Centre, ensuring everything is running like clockwork. You’ll lead an experienced operations team, working closely with our Clinical Teams to create the best possible experience for our clients. Your role is all about keeping things safe, smooth, and sustainable—whether it’s managing resources, overseeing facilities, or using data to make smart decisions. You’ll have experience in customer service management, leadership, line management, facilities management, planning rotas and keeping health and safety at the forefront. Plus, you’ll make sure our Treatment Centre is always a professional, welcoming environment for both clients and staff. Together, we ensure our service is always safe and sustainable But you won’t be doing it alone You’ll collaborate closely with the Clinical Services Matron, Regional General Manager, and your fellow Operations Service Managers to drive continuous improvement and implement changes that help us reach our goals.
