Rated Good by CQC, working as a Health Visitor in York offers a great opportunity to be proactive in the delivery of the Healthy Child programme while providing a high-quality service to clients.
As part of the Healthy Child Service team, you will be working alongside early help services, housing, adult services, the police, the voluntary and community sectors, the wider health economy, and of course families and communities themselves. The role is working across the city in various office bases, and home working arrangements are available.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role.
