Job overview
Redbridge Health and Social Services is looking for an experienced Deputy Director to lead and deliver ambitious plans to redesign and transform our community health and social services to prevent, delay and reduce resident's health & care needs. The right candidate will have excellent track records in both adult health and adult social care with rapid service turnarounds, complex financial management, demand management, extensive care pathway redesign and service transformation that put prevent avoidable hospital admissions and promote earlier discharge from hospitals back into the community.
Main duties of the job
1. To lead on Health and Social Care service redesign and transformation
2. To lead on health and Social Care efficiency saving plans
3. To lead on avoidable admission prevention to acute hospitals and an earlier supported discharge from acute hospitals back into the community
4. To lead on Redbridge Business, Performance and Transformation service
5. To lead on Central Reassessment and Review team.
