This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to expand their career within a growing SME. You will be joining at an exciting time as Operations Executive for a small media company based in central Leeds. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, an excellent communicator, and someone who relishes a challenge.
Ideally, you will have experience in an operations or administrative role or experience in marketing, PR, or media, but a ‘can do’ approach and the ability to prioritise multiple projects is the most important skill set required.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Contacting clients to assist in the timely delivery of orders secured by the sales team
2. Accurately tracking and recording the progress of orders
3. Managing and recording the allocation of advertising space in online and offline publications
4. Liaising with team members, designers, and suppliers to facilitate order delivery
5. Building emails and preparing for broadcast
6. Collating campaign performance statistics
7. Acting as first point of contact for inbound telephone and email enquiries
8. Developing positive relationships with clients and representing the company in a positive manner at all times
9. Supporting the MD in the recording of sales figures
Skills and experience required:
1. Excel and SharePoint
2. Articulate verbal and written communication
3. Ability to organise and prioritise
In addition, the following would be highly advantageous:
1. Basic WordPress knowledge
2. HTML / email build
