My client are a large construction organisation with offices throughout the country.\n\nThey are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in the construction sector.\n\nPackage will include: £24,000 - £28,000, 25 days holiday + BH, company pension, onsite parking, private medical and dental, Immediate start available.\n\nDuties will include but not limited\n\n * Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company procedures Dealing with telephone and e mail enquiries\n\n * Creating and maintaining filing system\n\n * Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minute\n\n * Organising travel and accommodation for staff\n\n * Letter writing, keeping diaries and arranging appointment\n\n * Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel and Sage to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, record spreadsheets and database\n\n * Devising and maintaining office systems and database\n\n * Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts\n\n * Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment\n\n * Organising and sending outgoing post\n\n * Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information\n\n * Photocopying, scanning and printing various documents\n\n * Preparation of quotes, tenders and project reports for Management\n\nQualifications and key skills required\n\n * Ideally have Construction / Engineering Admin experience\n\n * Sage experience preferred (Ideally 200) or Eque2\n\n * Strong organisational skills\n\n * Good understanding of invoicing and purchase order process\n\n * Oral and written communication skill\n\n * Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality\n\n * A pleasant, confident telephone manner
