We're looking for a skilled Catering Supervisor to lead our kitchen and service teams in delivering exceptional food and customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our kitchens and service counters, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Food Preparation and Service: Prepare delicious food to the highest standards and ensure that our culinary and catering teams maintain the same level of excellence.
* Team Supervision: Supervise and train our culinary and catering teams to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
* Communication: Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, and represent Compass Group UK&I in a positive and professional manner.
* Customer Service: Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure that we continue to exceed customer expectations.
* Health and Safety: Implement and review Health and Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of catering experience, experience managing teams in a similar role, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. They will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill.
