Senior Paid Search Manager

Our client is a digital agency on the lookout for their new Senior Paid Search Manager to lead accounts and manage a small team.
They are one of the fastest growing media and digital agencies in the UK. They offer a great working culture with hybrid working in their Manchester or Chesterfield office. They work with well-known brands as well as regional clients.
You will be responsible for leading the development, planning, and execution of our clients' paid search strategy (predominantly Google & Bing) ensuring it aligns with overall client objectives. You will be passionate and excited about achieving success for B2B and B2C clients, understanding audiences, and coming up with new and innovative ideas using data and insights to drive campaigns.
Responsibilities of the Senior Paid Search Manager role:
1. Develop and implement paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
2. Execute day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting.
3. Develop and present detailed search advertising plans backed by data and industry insights.
4. Prioritise own workload.
5. Conduct competitor research.
6. Create client reassurance and build strong relationships.
7. Keep clients informed of campaign performance and opportunities.
Experience needed for the Senior Paid Search Manager role:
1. At least 4/5+ years of relevant experience.
2. Strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing, and continuous self-learning.
3. Agency experience is desirable, but not essential.
