Business Development Manager (BDM) – Bridging Finance

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team specialising in bridging finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property finance sector and a proven track record in generating new business and maintaining strong broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, introducers, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Promote the company’s bridging finance products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth application and completion process.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development within bridging finance or property lending.
- Strong network of broker and introducer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
