The role: This post involves the delivery of high quality training and assessment in Children and Young People within the Social Care setting. Programmes may include Apprenticeships, NVQs, bespoke programmes and workshops. Full time (37 hours per week), Monday to Friday Permanent £35,390 - £41,170 per annum Jubilee Court (Fforestfach) Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver assessments across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards. Plan and deliver at least 12 hours per week of training to learners as required Ensure training and assessment strategies and materials are planned and accessible to meet the varied needs of all learners, and that cross-cutting themes are embedded and assessed effectively. Assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records of work and achievement.
