Product Specialist - Crushing & Screening CSG Talent are currently partnering with a renowned crushing and screening maufacturer who is on the lookout for a Product Specialist to join their team in Omagh, NI. In this role, you will be the technical expert and go-to resource for our sales team and customers, providing in-depth product knowledge, application support, and training. Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our crushing and screening product lines, including their features, benefits, applications, and competitive advantages. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals. Assist in responding to customer inquiries, providing technical advice, and recommending the best solutions for their needs. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training materials for both internal sales teams and external customers on our crushing and screening products. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the crushing and screening industry. Product Development Input: Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis. Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, marketing materials, and website content related to crushing and screening products. Tradeshows and Events: Represent the company at industry tradeshows and events, promoting our crushing and screening solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the crushing and screening industry, with a strong understanding of crushing and screening equipment and applications (e.g., aggregates, mining, recycling). Technical Skills: Solid technical knowledge of crushing and screening processes, equipment specifications, and industry standards. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and solve customer problems related to crushing and screening applications. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
