You will be tasked with the following - Drive the adoption of Salesforce across the organisation by providing tailored support and functional training. Develop and implement training programmes to increase staff proficiency in Salesforce and improve engagement. Provide ongoing support and refresher training to ensure staff confidence in using Salesforce effectively. Create user guides, documentation, and self-service resources to assist staff with common Salesforce tasks and best practices. Collaborate with IT to enhance CRM integration with other services and systems. Propose and implement strategies to improve CRM effectiveness in supporting the my clients outreach and engagement goals. Oversee data access permissions and monitor security protocols. Ensure compliance with GDPR and organisational data protection policies through regular reviews and audits.
