I’m looking for a passionate and driven individual to join the on-trade sales team of the UK’s leading ready-to-drink brand portfolio as a Business Development Executive.
With the ready-to-drink category booming, this is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with an industry-leading business and gain hands-on experience in field sales.
Field-based role in Home Counties (West) region

Why this role?
Launch your sales career. If you’ve worked in hospitality management or had some experience in field sales, this is your chance to step into a commercial sales role and build long-term relationships with customers.
Be the face of premium drinks brands. You’ll introduce and promote well-known brands to bars, pubs, and restaurants, helping them enhance their drinks offerings.
Learn from the best. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and support from an experienced team, setting you up for success in the drinks industry.
Make an impact. This role is a mix of winning new customers (70%) and building strong relationships with existing accounts (30%), giving you a real sense of ownership and achievement.
The Business…
Established in 1997, this independent drinks company offers a portfolio of 15 iconic brands, ranging from premium tonic waters and soft drinks to spirits, liqueurs, and canned cocktails.
The focus brand for this role is an industry-leading mixer brand with over 130 years of heritage, known for crafting award-winning drinks with a commitment to quality and natural ingredients.
The Process...
We will be shortlisting for this role on an ongoing basis.
The first stage interviews will be held via Teams with the head of HR, with the following second stage being either over Teams or face-to-face with the hiring manager for the role.
