Job summary The Theatre Scrub Practitioner will work as an integral member of the surgical team, delivering high-quality perioperative care to patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures. You will provide skilled assistance to surgeons during operations, ensuring the safe and effective management of instruments, equipment, and sterile fields. Scrub in and assist during surgery To provide direct and skilled assistance to the surgical team, you will maintain the sterile field, anticipate the needs of the surgeon, and handle instruments with precision and care.
