FerringYou You will work cross Divisionally and Functionally adopting a matrix approach with relevant therapy area sales and marketing personnel to lead the development of pan-portfolio clinical and financial solutions to stakeholders in target geographies. Facilitating and co-ordinating market access activity for both in-market and launch products, including pre-launch activities, to facilitate NHS adoption and timely implementation. Your day at Ferring Key Responsibilities will include Key Account Management: Accountable to proactively provide insights and market access expertise to shape and develop an overall cross-functional integrated local account plans to ensure the achievement of financial results for the defined products within the Ferring portfolio. Working in collaboration with account teams to implement cross-functional local account plans within the prioritised healthcare geography that are consistent with national brand strategies. Routinely review and accordingly adapt plans to leverage opportunities that arise through policy drivers, environmental and customer insights to maximise/optimise Ferring portfolio. Identify, map and prioritise relevant system level stakeholders in prioritised healthcare geography to maximise/optimise access for therapy area teams to promote Ferring products and services as appropriate. Develop and implement local health economy contact plan to ensure targeted delivery of payer engagement to maximise influence on local health economy footprints (NHS ICB/ICS or similar). Engage with appropriate stakeholders across the whole healthcare system to highlight current service inefficiencies and share best practices to improve/optimise services. Communicate customer, trade and competitor information and insights to Therapy Area sales and marketing teams. Leadership & Development of Local Market Access Strategy: Understand the drivers and barriers of market access coupled with payer insights to support the development of customer-focused solutions. Work collaboratively to highlight requirements and provide feedback for the development of materials where appropriate and bespoke value propositions that address opportunities or mitigate risk to the Ferring portfolio. Communicate and disseminate insights back to the relevant internal stakeholders. Translate market access insights and propose strategic recommendations to the Business Unit Director & other relevant functions where appropriate. Develops effective customer insights through the interpretation and analysis of complex data, local knowledge and business objectives. Works within the ABPI/IPHA code People Development Develop agreed resource plans with Business Unit Directors for delivery of local account plans. Provide input to Brand Managers and Business Unit Directors for therapy area team objectives. Provide support in training internal and external customers and coordinating regional projects as required.
