Business Analyst - Contract (6 Months) - Telford (On-site, 2 Days Per Week) - Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team on a 6-month contract. This role requires on-site work for two days per week in Telford, offering a competitive daily rate (Inside IR35). This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile public sector project, supporting the delivery of critical business and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders across the public sector to identify and analyze business needs. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and document business requirements. Develop detailed business process models, user stories, and functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to support decision-making. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and solution architects to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Support the development of business cases and provide recommendations for process improvements. Work within an Agile and/or Waterfall project environment, ensuring best practices are followed. Develop and maintain key project documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), process flows, and impact assessments. Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the preparation and execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Essential Skills & Experience: ? Public Sector Experience - Strong background working in government or public sector organizations.? Business Analysis Expertise - Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements effectively.? Stakeholder Engagement - Experience liaising with senior stakeholders, gathering requirements, and managing expectations.? Process Mapping & Improvement - Ability to document current and future state processes and recommend improvements.?
