Service Operations Administrator £26,208 per annum Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire | Office Based Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm | Friday 8am - 4pm | 39 hours per week What our Client offers: Competitive salary Additional leave Company pension Health & wellbeing programme Profit sharing scheme Duties & Responsibilities: Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices for the Service Division. Handle purchase orders and ensure they are processed according to SLAs. Provide customer service support, including answering calls and resolving queries. Assist with general administrative duties like filing, post, and data entry. Update customer portals with invoices, job sheets, and relevant information. Offer support during busy periods, including logging service jobs and orders. Reconcile outstanding invoices and follow up with relevant personnel. Provide cover during lunch breaks to ensure the service desk is always staffed. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer portal systems. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
