Interim Finance Manager opportunity with a highly successful family business based on the outskirts of Stirling for an initial 3–6-month period. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for: Preparing monthly management accounts, associated reconciliations and management information reporting packs Generating month-end reports, including stock and customer ledger reports Supporting business forecasting and budgetary processes, with responsibility for all associated system and reporting maintenance Uploading interfaces between the Company’s ERP System and Accounting Software Platform, identifying errors, and resolving issues Processing intercompany transactions and support period-end processes Processing purchase ledger BACs runs (twice monthly) Managing all payments, including ad hoc requests, BACs checks, and inter-account transfers. Acting as principal day to day contact for the bank(s) Downloading bank statements and upload into the Company’s Accounting Software Platform Finance team management and administration Responsibility for all HMRC submissions, reporting and returns Responsibility for all regular and ad hoc regulatory and statutory submissions Ad hoc reporting and financial requests to support business needs Annual Audit and Tax preparation and query responses The Individual: Previous experience in a senior finance role is essential Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial & Accounting Software packages / systems Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Excellent communication and organisational skills On Offer: Competitive salary Potential for a permanent role with opportunities for career development Supportive and dynamic work environment Free parking Please note that we can only consider applicants who are immediately available.
