Our client is a reputable and well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers seeking to appoint an additional Administrator to join their close-knit team. Working in collaboration with Financial Advisers, and a team of Paraplanners where the successful Candidate will be responsible for -
* Processing new business applications
* Creating Client Valuations & Illustrations
* Liaising with Product Providers & third parties
* Preparing pre-meeting documentation for Advisers
* Assisting paraplanning team
* Providing administrative support to a team
* Be a point of contact for Paraplanners for technical administrative queries
* General Administration duties
* Client Contact
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
1. A wide knowledge of the different administrative roles and varied industry products
2. At least two years experience of working in administration within a busy IFA office
