As Brand Manager, you will work with stakeholders across the business to deliver aspirational goals and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Brand Manager – Job Outline Propose photography and videography direction, for both lifestyle and Ecom shoots Develop brand guidelines and tone of voice Analysing competitor landscape, reviewing consumer trends and shopping behaviours Maintain consistency across all brand assets Work with the Head of Design, with responsibility for the planning and execution of seasonal photoshoots and wholesale brochure creation Manage and direct seasonal Ecom shoots, styling, props etc Campaign Management - Develop and manage seasonal campaigns and launches across digital and social Content Management - Sign-off of all content; email, print and digital assets Brand consistency of brand at tradeshows, within department stores and concessions Responsible for developing growth and engagement strategy of social channels Supporting D2C Channel, to work closely with Ecom Specialist on the design and execution of seasonal launches, campaigns and ongoing sales performance. Oversee email creation and execution with a strong brand and commercial focus Manage all digital asset production, with a commercial eye for product and engagement Brand Manager – The Person Specification As a Brand Manager, you will demonstrate experience in the following areas: Previously worked in a similar role within a brand orientated business (fashion/retail preferable) Experienced creative with a passion for brand Understanding of photography, videography and digital assets Experience of growing followers and engagement across social media channels
