Job summary You will manage and oversee the booking of all clinical activity within the Surgical Investigation Unit (SIU), including Outpatient and Reception duties as well as providing complete medical secretarial support to the Urology service. To use own initiative to organise own workload and work without immediate supervision. You will oversee the B2 receptionist, to include daily supervision to the receptionist with positive leadership.You are required to maintain the Trusts values and core standards and to lead by example and maintain an excellent patient experience at all times.
