Job Title: Administrator Type: Temporary - ongoing Location: Speke, Liverpool Salary: £12.66 per hour paid weekly About the company: A large well known housing business based in the heart of Speke just a ten-minute bus ride from the station. This is a company that truly cares about the community and supports where they can, being involved as much as possible and even have their own charity Key Responsibilities: Document management - Payments, Inspection works, disrepairs, stock, etc Case management Liaising and assisting contracts with scheduling of work, tracking and monitoring through to completion Creation of documents that will be sent out to externals and ensuring that these are precise and accurate Working as a team and assisting where possible Plus much more Person Specification: Experience with scheduling/Diary management Previous administration experience Database maintenance/management The working hours are Monday to Friday typical office hours.
