Job Title: Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary/Homecare Branch
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Salary: £32,000 - £43,000 per annum plus monthly bonus
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead our Domiciliary/Homecare branch in Salford, Greater Manchester. This is an exceptional opportunity to progress your career within a supportive and dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch, ensuring high-quality care delivery to our clients.
2. Lead and support a team of care coordinators, supervisors, and administrators, fostering a positive and professional environment.
3. Maintain excellent working knowledge of CQC requirements and ensure compliance across all services.
4. Drive the recruitment and retention of staff, working closely with the in-house recruitment team.
5. Actively participate in succession planning and staff development, promoting career progression within the team.
6. Liaise effectively with local authorities, NHS Trusts, and other stakeholders to maintain the branch's good reputation and high standards of care.
7. Attend monthly Registered Manager workshops to share best practices and gain additional support.
Requirements:
8. Must be an experienced Registered Manager with previous experience in the domiciliary/homecare sector.
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
10. A proven track record of running a successful homecare branch.
11. Car driver essential.
12. Willingness to work towards Level 5 qualification if not already completed (fully funded).
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional yet approachable demeanor.
