Sales Ledger Assistant
Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Salary: £27,800 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm & Friday 8.30am – 4pm
We are currently recruiting for a well-established & growing brand who are currently looking to recruit for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team.
Working within a finance team of 12 you will be working with high volumes of invoices, reconciliations and undertaking data export into excel from a variety of customer portals, marketplaces and websites.
Key responsibilities within this role will include:
• Processing high volumes of invoices
• Allocating payment receipts
• Identifying and processing payment deductions
• Raising credits
• Undertaking daily reconciliations
• Query resolution into aged transactions / reconciliation that cannot be balanced
The successful applicant will possess:
• Previous experience in a sales ledger or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
