About the role
Do you have experience in electrical installations and repairs? If so, we have the perfect job for you.
We are looking for someone who is competent to complete a range of electrical tasks within our housing stock, who can work on their own initiative and will be great with our tenants. You will also need a good working knowledge of electrical and general Health and Safety Regulations, to keep you and our tenants safe and comply with legal requirements.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
Is JIB registration with approved status
Can install, test, inspect and correct faults in new and existing installations.
Can carry out rewires, repairs and maintenance works.
Is able to undertake a variety of multi skilled tasks
Can complete jobs to the satisfaction of our tenants in a single visit.
Is able to participate in our out of hours’ on call service
