An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety professional to work for a construction company. This position will be working across multiple projects and the ideal candidate will have a construction or civil engineering background previously and be keen to join a business they can develop their career with and be a vocal point for health & safety for the business.
The Role:
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver the health & safety strategy.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation.
* Monitor and review health & safety trends within the division to identify areas of improvement.
* Develop and improve Health & Safety culture across the organisation.
* Liaise with site teams and build strong relationships.
* Manage 3rd party relationships and support on incident and accident investigations when required, ensuring lessons are learned.
The Candidate:
* 5 years + experience working in Health & Safety.
* Previous experience working in a managerial position and being responsible for development and growth is beneficial.
* Experience in the construction or civil engineering sector.
