About the Role
You will work as part of Urban64’s Assembly and Maintenance team located in Solihull. Working in the warehouse, you will carry out servicing and repairs, erection and installation of equipment ready for transportation to site, updating stock information, and attending site to support the wider team.
The aim is to ensure that the Urban64 product maintains its reputation as a premium product and service by ensuring the equipment is well maintained, installed correctly, and any issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Key Accountabilities
* Off-site build: The selection and installation of Urban64 equipment in the warehouse, including testing and documenting the equipment, ready for transportation to site.
* Stock returns and repairs: Dismantling and testing equipment returned from site, cleaning items, labelling them, and recording their condition using the stock management system.
* Documents and updating projects: Updating tasks on Teams to provide progress reports, uploading documentation and photos to the correct files, and maintaining stock management in a timely manner.
* Housekeeping: Keeping the Solihull depot clean and tidy, ensuring compliance with PPE requirements.
* Site maintenance and repairs: Attending site for faults or planned works, subject to training, including provision of a company vehicle for this activity.
* Deliveries: Supporting with loading and unloading deliveries and dispatching goods.

* Experience driving larger vehicles (vans) and towing trailers
Qualifications:
* Desirable GCSEs grade C (4) in English and Maths, NVQ in Electrical Installation
