Overview The Fleet Compliance Administrator (Temp) will be responsible for ensuring a smooth administration and processing of information relating to the vehicle fleet in the areas of Legal/compliant events on all HGV and LCV vehicles. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards, handling legal/compliance events for HGV/LCV vehicles per DVSA and customer requirements. Plan and schedule legal events (PMI inspections, MOT, Tacho, etc.) within set timescales, liaising with customers and suppliers. Process, scan, and upload legal documents onto relevant systems. Manage suppliers, control costs, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Maintain accurate system records for customer visibility. Work towards KPIs and support the development of new reports when needed. Communicate effectively, handle challenges, and facilitate smooth information flow. Utilize and optimize systems to enhance business processes. Plan and organize workload efficiently for individual, workshop, and customer productivity. Adapt to additional administrative tasks as required.
