The Role:
We are recruiting for a Lodge Manager to join the talented team at West Hall – home for up to 117 residents between 3 luxury lodges. We pride ourselves on the care we provide – receiving Outstanding on every CQC inspection since 2016. Working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £38,948.00 per annum.
What does it mean to be a Lodge Manager?
* Delivery of a service which is economically viable, managing resources effectively to meet customer expectations.
* You’ll be responsible for the quality of care provided – promoting individualized person-centered care, identifying and reporting any risks or poor practice in line with Anchors safeguarding policy.
* Lead audits and inspections conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes.
* Accountable for the success of the lodge through effective marketing, financial management, community engagement, managing occupancy/recruitment levels, and overall customer experience.

* A passionate, experienced manager from a small to medium care home.
* A strong understanding of CQC standards and their impact in care management and practice.
* Outstanding leadership and people management skills – promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
* A complete understanding of the needs of older people and dementia care.
