The key objective of a Lead Learning Support Assistant at Dragonfly is to work with the SENCO to identify any barriers and implement strategies to enable the engagement of learning. The role will be heavily focused on the effective delivery for interventions, that have been identified through the assessment pathway. We are now seeking to appoint a Lead Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Horizon School Dragonfly. The role of LLSA is to bridge the gap between all stakeholders and provide a holistic student intervention and assessment reports that will support the student’s transition back to their community school. The post holder is required to ensure the Education Unit meets the expectations set out by: Quality in Patient Network Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (QNIC) Care Quality Commission (CQC) Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.
