Your primary role is to support the daily administrative functions of the business to ensure that everything is running smoothly and there's good communication between the office and the other departments. You will also be supporting the office manager with sales reports, project work and problem solving. This will be achieved by being highly organised and knowledgeable of all processes and systems, whilst demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude and drawing on your experience to exceed a customer's expectations when answering questions, processing orders, and providing solutions to customer enquiries. Job Functions & Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior managers Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel and organise events Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls etc.) and respond promptly Data Entry and Reporting: Compile and generate monthly, weekly and daily reports for the sales and purchasing departments Update and manage databases and ensure all information is accurate Ensure important documents are organised, accessible and compliant with current practices. Communication & Problem Solving: Act as a liaison between departments Assist with internal communication and help ensure that information is shared across the departments effectively Troubleshoot office issues and administrative challenges and find effective solutions Basic Customer Service Answering incoming calls when customer services aren't available Managing and actioning emails to our shared customer service email Taking detailed messages to pass on to the appropriate member of staff Working hours are Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm with an hour break Company Benefits: 22 Days annual leave, plus all bank holidays.
