NFU Mutual Central Lancashire Account Manager (Insurance) Salary range: £27,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hours: 35 hours per week (our full time hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-17:00 with a one hour lunchbreak) This role is 100% office based, to ensure a quality service provision and a supported and connected team. Location : PR2, Preston. At NFU Mutual Preston we are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team and provide dedicated insurance support to our commercial and agricultural customers. This role is perfect if you have a passion for delivering brilliant service to customers, love relationship building, and are sales focused. Prior insurance experience is advantageous but not essential as we will provide you with comprehensive training on all insurance products and support to get the required licenses. What is more important to us is that you have the skills and attitude to provide the outstanding support and service that our customers deserve. In this role, you will: Actively promote and sell our range of personal commercial insurance solutions, ensuring adherence to FCA requirements, sales quality, advice standards, and all other regulatory guidelines. Be responsible for your own book of commercial accounts. Proactively manage your sales pipeline, cultivating relationships with both new and existing commercial clients while providing them with expert knowledge of NFU Mutual’s full product range. Provide exceptional customer service via in-person visits, phone and email, guiding clients through the sales process with the utmost professionalism. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer journey. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
