Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a national care provider, who operate a variety of care and support services for individuals with a learning disabilities, Autism and complex behaviour needs. This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their specialist residential care service in the Loughborough, Leicestershire area. The Registered Manager in Loughborough will: Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Supervision and development of an established staff team. Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability. Oversee the financial management of the service. Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders. The Registered Manager in Loughborough will need to have: Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent. Experience of budgetary management. Experience of leading care teams. Excellent communication skills.
