About Concorde International
Concorde International has welcomed over 350,000 students from all over the world for more than 50 years. Junior Summer Schools open for International Schools aged 5-17 each summer for innovative and culturally enriching English language lessons plus fun activities and excursions in a safe and inclusive environment. We have several locations in Kent and Bath in July and August.

Concorde International has multiple Summer Schools based in Ashford, Bath, Canterbury and Rochester
What contracts are available?
We can offer contracts from a period of 4 weeks to 10 weeks depending on Centre. All management contracts at Residential Centres include free full-board accommodation.
Essential Requirements
1. A recognised teaching qualification such as RSA / Cambridge CELTA or Trinity Cert TESOL or equivalent (Qualification must contain at least 100 hours of ELT/TESOL input, minimum 6 hours supervised teaching practice and must be externally validated by a reputable examination body) or PGCE/Bachelor of Education/QTS (Secondary School Languages or Primary School) or overseas equivalent language teaching qualifications.
2. DELTA, Dip TESOL, MA TESOL or accredited equivalent
3. University Degree in any discipline
4. Extensive teaching experience (5 years minimum) including time with mixed-nationality groups
5. Eligible to live and work in the UK (we cannot assist in any way with work permits or visas)
6. Native or very near-native competency in English
7. Excellent communicational, organisational and managerial skills
8. Experience of working with computers; digital educational resources, VLEs and databases
9. The ability to liaise with and motivate others
Desirable Requirements
1. Knowledge of the summer school location for which you are applying
2. Previous experience working in a Junior British Summer School environment
3. Experience of managing residential summer schools
4. Experience of integrating digital/AI resources in the classroom

Remuneration
* Remuneration for this position is £840* per week (*fully qualified candidates) plus holiday pay (12.07%)
* The working week is up to 60 hours over 6 days
* Payment will be made weekly into your bank account in arrears
* Accommodation and food are provided in residential centres only
* An additional week’s pay for the management induction (week or so before the start date of the centre) and the setting up and the packing up of the centre
* As this is a managerial position, you will be required to sign a waiver form which confirms that you are willing to work more than 48 hours per week
