Our client, a well-regarded law firm based in the Nottingham area, is seeking Secretaries and Paralegals to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of matters.
These roles are available due to expansion and they are looking for both Secretaries and Paralegals of all areas to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing secretarial and administrative support, or Paralegal support, to fee earners.
2. Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
3. Liaising with clients, third parties, and court officials.
4. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling client queries.
5. Supporting file management and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a law firm (either as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal).
2. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
3. Excellent communication and client care abilities.
4. Proficiency in legal case management systems and MS Office.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
