I am working in partnership with an ambitious and fast-growing technology business preparing for the national launch of several innovative mobile apps. These products span student safety, lifestyle, and on-demand digital services, with the aim of delivering real value and impact to their users.
As part of their exciting growth plans, they are now seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Media Manager to lead the marketing strategy and national roll-out of these products.
The Opportunity This role offers the chance to take ownership of end-to-end marketing activity, from pre-launch strategy through to campaign delivery and post-launch engagement. It would suit a commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is confident managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute national marketing strategies for the launch of multiple mobile apps
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat and other digital platforms
Drive PPC performance and user acquisition targets
Lead PR and media engagement strategies, including relationship building with journalists and influencers
Develop content strategy across social media, website, and email channels
Create targeted marketing campaigns for key demographics (students, parents, professionals)
Track KPIs, report on campaign performance and implement data-led improvements
Lead influencer engagement and ambassador programmes to support brand visibility
Deliver creative and innovative launch campaigns that drive excitement and engagement
Candidate Requirements Minimum 4 years experience in marketing, media strategy, or PR
Proven success in managing national product or app launches
Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads etc.)
Experience managing PR and media relations campaigns
Excellent content creation, copywriting, and brand storytelling skills
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools
Confident working with designers, developers, and external agencies
Desirable Experience Marketing experience within the tech or app sector
Exposure to student or youth marketing
Experience working in start-ups or fast-growth environments
Knowledge of App Store Optimisation (ASO)
Previous agency or multi-brand marketing experience
