The successful candidate will have prior experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role, holding a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care and proven expertise in working with complex individuals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, and recruiting and inducting colleagues. You will also manage the service's finances, regulatory requirements, and policies while ensuring compliance with CQC registration and internal policies. Furthermore, you will participate in an on-call rota and contribute to a dynamic management team, collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and local authorities to achieve positive outcomes.
