Make a Home at Taylor WimpeyJob summary/PurposeTo pick and pack orders on time in full for delivery to customers. Checking goods in and those for despatch, booking goods in. Load and unloading vehicles.Primary ResponsibilitiesPicking and packing/wrapping of orders for despatch, using bar code scanners to accurately record acticvities. This role involves picking building materials so is a very physical manual handling operation. Loading and unloading vehicles using appropriate MHE. Receiving, checking and accurately booking goods in. Put away stock in correct locations from goods in and replenishment of stock. Carry out stock takes and report discrepancies, assist in investigations for stock gains or losses. Auditing of picked/wrapped loads. Be aware of, and work within TWL health and safety guidelines at all times. Ensure good housekeeping is maintained.
