You will be:
1. A passionate, experienced and dynamic leader who wants to go the “extra mile”.
2. Able to contribute to a culture of high expectations within this successful department and in the school.
3. A leader, not simply a manager who is able to develop a team of talented educators with a clear vision.
4. Able to teach to A-level or be willing to train to teach this key stage.
5. Able to manage the allocation of resources and spending within a budget throughout the academic year.
6. Able to work within whole school deadlines and ensure that whole school policy is maintained within the department.
